Find the identical item or package including all items and shipping costs within ten days of your purchase from Displaysgalore.co.uk and receive a refund for 110% of the difference.
The item must be the same item and must include the same components and/or accessories as in your Displaysgalore.co.uk purchase (i.e. in the case of an Abex pop up package: moulded wheeled transit case, 2 150W halogen lights, frame, channel bars, 1200 DPI graphic panels or EcoFi/FrontRunner/Prelude brand fabric panels, case wrap to convert case to table), etc. Since we offer Free Shipping site wide and include many items with our packages that others charge for, our competitor's price quote must include everything (Shipping, case wrap, etc.) that comes included in your DisplaysGalore price. The item must be available (in stock) from a real online store, excluding auction sites, that we can reach to verify your price. The store must have been in business for at least twelve months prior to our calling for verification. The item must be advertised at a lower price in new/unused condition (not refurbished/open box) and be available for immediate shipping. To make a price adjustment claim: E-mail us or fax us your written quote from the other store. Upon verification of authenticity, we will issue a refund for 110% of the difference.

When should I order a display?
We suggest that you order well in advance of your next exhibition so that the display can be available for effective use at the appropriate time. Don't wait until the last minute! Please remember that we require 7- 10 business days from artwork approval in order to offer the low pricing we do.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and company or cheques at time of order. Paying with a cheque will delay delivery as we must wait for your cheque to clear before beginning production or shipping goods. Our postal address for cheques is:

How much is carriage?
There is no charge for ground carriage (normal delivery) in the Mainland UK. Express delivery services are available and carriage is calculated on an individual consignment weight and delivery time basis.
How are displays shipped?
We normally ship by parcel carrier but can ship other ways if required.
What is your lead-time? How long will it take to get my display shipped?
Our standard lead time on displays with graphic panels is 7-10 working business days from approval of electronic proof of your artwork, however ex stock products not requiring graphics can usually be shipped within 24/48 hours of receipt of your payment.
Do you charge VAT?
VAT will be charged at the standard rate for all deliveries.
Do the pop up cases have wheels?
Yes. All of our pop-up cases have wheels and are Made in the USA to the highest standards. One person should have no problem transporting a pop up display.
What file formats do you accept for "output ready" graphics?
We accept Adobe Illustrator 8.0 or later, Adobe Photoshop 5.0 or later. We may accomodate other formats. Please click the graphics button in the main navigation bar for more detailed information. Files must be sent on disc or uploaded via FTP to our site. Small files can be sent via e-mail.

How long does it take to set up a pop-up display? Is it easy?
Set up usually takes about 15 minutes if it's your first time. After that it's usually 10 minutes. All of our products come with easy-to-read instructions.
How much do your exhibits weigh?
You will find individual product weights underneath the product images on all of the product description pages.
What other products do you offer besides pop-up displays?
Banner stands, folding panel systems, table top display systems, counters, display lighting and literature racks.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer a limited Lifetime Warranty on pop up frames and Alumalite hardware, a five year limited warranty on our cases, and 1 year on all other products. Our Graphic panels come with a one year warranty against fading in indoor use.
What is Eco Fi and FrontRunner fabric?
Eco-Fi and Frontrunner fabric is textured loop material which accepts most velcro-type dots or strips to affix graphics. The fabric looks a little like carpet and has become very popular as a covering for trade show booths. View available colours chart. The yarn used in EcoFi fabrics is made from recycled plastic water bottles. Go Green!
What is your return policy?
Certain stock items such as pop up systems in black fabric may be returned unused within seven days if you are in any way dissatisfied with your order. Please request a Return Authorization before returning your item. A restocking fee of 10% may apply, and all returns must be sent to our warehouse carriage prepaid with a Return Authorization number or it will not be accepted. Custom Orders, printed items or graphics may not be returned.
What do I do if I need parts or repairs to my exhibit?
Please call or email us and we'll be happy to help. If emailing, please include a brief deascription of the problem and if possible, attach a photograph of the damaged item. We will get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve your issue, usually the same business day.
How long will my display last?
For many years, if handled properly. The graphics can be easily updated as your products and messages change. And your display hardware is backed by a limited ten year warranty.
