All prices on the website include carriage on a next working day basis to a single UK address excluding the Scottish Highlands.

Returns

Any product faults on delivery must be notified to us by phone and confirmed in writing within 5 days of your receipt of the goods.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers for inspection. However, to minimise your costs and to speedily resolve any problems you experience, an email with a photograph of the problem usually allows us discuss the problem with production and find the best solution.

Please do not return anything without first communicating with us.
